How to be Energetic In Your 4Os and Beyond

“I’ve never been this energetic at 45!”⁣

My dad client who always finds himself struggling to keep up with his kids’ energy and who has been constantly wondering whether he’s still making his wife happy.⁣

⁣In just a little over 2 months, he was able to stick to the routines I taught, starting only from just 10 minutes a day.⁣

⁣18kg out, he has never felt more energetic than before. At 45 he can do push-ups anytime, anywhere…⁣

⁣His kids love him more and his wife adores him ever than before. He’s now able to eat mindfully and find time to do physical activity for at least 10 minutes a day.⁣

⁣And in the process, he’s becoming the best version of himself.⁣
