Now THAT was a successful shopping trip!
Bought a couple things (all on sale!!! Woooo!) But my favorites were some jeans (size 31!) and a dress size MEDIUM!!! I couldn’t believe it ?
So proud of my progress. So proud that I am doing it in a healthy way.
I had never bought jeans that were sized this way so I had no idea where to start. So I started with the largest size (34 at this store) then got to keep asking for smaller and smaller sizes!! Felt so good to actually ask for smaller sizes instead of bigger ?

It is ALL about non scale victories folks!
