LEAN LEGS @ HOME⁣

So when I first started my fitness journey, I didn’t have ANY dumbbells.⁣

I actually started with a home workout program called insanity.⁣

COMPLETELY all body weight work. Hard hiit training and that’s it.⁣

I really love to combine that style of training with weights.⁣

You can do this entire leg routine with just your body weight— up the intensity by doing as many reps as you can until you fail.⁣

You can also use weights.⁣

Whatever you choose to do, you can do it in a gym as a leg day finisher or you can do It AS a routine at home.⁣
