LEAN LEGS @ HOME
So when I first started my fitness journey, I didn’t have ANY dumbbells.
I actually started with a home workout program called insanity.
COMPLETELY all body weight work. Hard hiit training and that’s it.
I really love to combine that style of training with weights.
You can do this entire leg routine with just your body weight— up the intensity by doing as many reps as you can until you fail.
You can also use weights.
Whatever you choose to do, you can do it in a gym as a leg day finisher or you can do It AS a routine at home.
