I lost 5lbs in 3 days! So what did I do? I celebrated!

Ever since my wife has been cleared to go back go the gym I wanted to keep her on track by keeping myself on track! My diet has been primo supremo and I just had to celebrate. “How did you celebrate Dan?”
By eating an 8oz T-Bone Steak. Grilled to perfection with a side of roasted garlic potatoes. Now that your mouth is watering I’m sure your wondering how I can eat steak and still lose weight. ?

I prepped and planned the night before with anticipation of eating steak for dinner the next day. After tracking the steak I was able to eat the rest of my meals and NOT GO OVER MY MACROS! ?
