Ever have those days where your just not in it?
Or it takes awhile to really get going?
No? You’re perfect? Ok, I’ll just talk to myself.?
Well, today was one of those days.
I’m not sure if it is the fact that in Indiana, we are having a never ending spring, or that I’ve just been not getting the greatest sleep bcuz checking on my dog all night (she’s going into labor any day) or maybe the ? food I’ve been eating ? ? but today was a mental struggle through the whole first round of IWT. Ex: in the video I do goblet squats instead of the jumping goblet squat??‍♀️

Thankfully round 2 got me going. I honestly struggle with hip hinge movements and sending my hips back instead of just dropping down. I was focusing on this a lot and felt like my front squats were moving well. Then was some running which helped me clear my mind and focus.

Round 3 is abs. Well, I kinda just made up my own circuit on the fly.

Remember that we all have mental struggle days where we just can’t seem to quite get right into it. But no workout is a wasted workout. I now feel much better and accomplished. Win the day, sometimes one struggle at a time. ?
