CARBS!!! If this doesn’t speak the truth I do not know what does.

Carbs can be a dangerous thing if not controlled. Carbohydrates spike your insulin which is the fat storage hormone.
So for example, when you eat something such as a donut those carbs spike your insulin which in turn shuttles that fat into those stores making you retain that fat causing your fat cells to grow. Just a quick example.

When you intermittent fast, such as myself, when your fast is over your body is hypersensitive to what ever you consume. The best way to approach breaking your fast is to combine fats/protein or carbs/protein. TRY TO AVOID COMBINING FAT/CARBS.

With that being said is keto the only option. As much as I love the keto diet and have seen great results, no it is not. Moderation is key. Find out what is right for you because there is no one size fits all nutrition plan.
