Back in my routine in full swing, feels so good after 3 weeks of non structured training sessions, less cardio & a bit more relaxed diet ? it was much needed after 6 months of an intense routine. Back with even more motivation and energy ? For the next couple of weeks I’m gonna be focusing more on training mainly glutes, shoulders and get a bit better with hitting the abs ( i actually hate training abs lol! ) I’ve had the best time on my hols and really enjoyed the extra ? ? ? ? but my body actually hates it ? stomach discomfort, water retention and inflammation ? body is finally back to normal after just a couple of days of being back to eating ? clean & getting some proper cardio & training in ? feeling strong and look forward to sharing my progress over the next couple of months. No bulking etc just maintaining and shaping the body now ? thinking of joining a different gym just for a change of scenery, anyone else got few different gym memberships ? Or just me ???‍♀️ I love training in different gyms to experience different machines and equipment to keep the body guessing ? ??
