1 1/4 SQUATS – 8-10 reps / 3 sets
Leg press – 10 reps / 3 sets
Lunges – 12-14 reps / 3 sets
¿Tip toe squats? – 15 reps / 4 sets
Leg extensions – 8-10 / 4 sets .
