For a quick weight loss, follow my simple tactics below and I guarantee you would lose more weight in short span of time.

  1. Do high-intensity exercise. This would help in increasing your metabolic rate and you will lose your fats (and other unneeded calories) quickly.Before you proceed with this, please consult your doctor that you’re ready for physical exercise and (2) you have been exercising for the past 1 month at least thrice a week with a rate of perceived exertion of at least 7 out of 10 most of the time. Listen to your body and stop/modify as needed.Here is an example of recovery intervals.5–6 sets x 3 minutes at 95%–100% max HR with 2-minute active recovery periods
    4 sets x 4 minutes at 95%–100% max HR with 3-minute active recovery periods
    8–12 sets x 30 seconds fast with 1-minute active recovery periodsExample of exercises – runs, squats, lunges, pushups, burpees, swimming, etc.
  2. Switching the mode of your exercise. If you have taken 4 times a week on a high-intensity exercise then give it a break and take low-intensity exercise like brisk walk at least twice the week after. This is also a another type of interval training on a broader spectrum.
  3. Always warm up before and cool down after going through an exercise. This would prevent you from certain hazardous shocks and uninvited muscular pains.

Eat “Fat Burning Food”

Another very significant element  in your weight loss plan is your diet. Here is the list of few fat burning food items which would be an excellent diet (integrate them in your daily caloric intake) for you if you wish to reduce fat more quickly:

  1. Vegetables
    Cabbage is best amongst all fat burning foods. You prepare a broth or you eat it raw, it is highly effective in either ways. However, not all vegetables work out the same way. For example, potatoes are full of carbohydrates and you don’t need to add more carbohydrates when you are already trying very hard in your work out to burn them.
  2. Fruits
    All fibre fruits like orange, guava, peach, apricot, grapefruit and others belonging to the same family of fruits are extremely helpful in fat burning. They maintain the required glucose level of your body without adding fats instead they help burning fats.
  3. Lemons and Oranges
    Citrus fruits cut fats from your body. They are famously known for their fat burning quality from all over the world.
  4.  Juices
    Fat burning foods do not only offer solid items but they have a wide range of liquids and juices.  Citrus juices and green tea are best fat burners. They don’t only leave you with a slim fit look but they let your skin shine and glow like a shimmering star 😉
