Hi everybody! I think it is important to keep everyone motivated and also to give credit to Coach Sharm for his advice and hard work. Even though I had went through 8 days of holiday in Taiwan (and eat all I can) and is undergoing CNY celebration, I am happy to share that I've lost a total of 7 kg and lost 4-5% of fat since the start of January 18 :).  I have lost 5.4kg since the start of this program in End March. I have lost 23.5cm in total till date.
