I'm Sharm and I'll be your host throughout your stay here :) As a personal trainer, I created this website and blog with the intention of providing you with information about fitness lifestyle, tips, ideas and strategies on how to look good by getting applying scientific principles of fitness in our lives.

I can understand the excitement of those who want to start an exercise program, but I strongly suggest that you check with your family doctor first before you start any physical activity to ensure that you are have the OKAY to exercise.
